Item showed up on schedule and met my expectations.

This is a solid item, even better than I thought it would be.

I was a bit hesitant about pcgamingcases.co.uk since they had the exact pc case I was after at a pretty low price (couldn’t find this model anywhere else as it was out of stock) and the site seemed a tad sketchy (especially the warranty and tech support sections). However, the reviews looked solid and their VAT number checked out, so I decided to go for it.
To my delight, the case arrived via DPD in just 2 days and everything went off without a hitch ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I’d definitely suggest this site to others 👍

I managed to reach out via email without any trouble to confirm my order and get it shipped, and the case showed up the very next day after I got the confirmation (sadly, the site wasn’t super helpful post-purchase, as I suspect it wasn’t processed right at first). The case came in great shape, and overall, shopping here was pretty straightforward. Plus, it was about 5 bucks cheaper than Amazon (gotta save those pennies these days, right? lol). Would definitely recommend!

I bought an item online and was waiting for some sort of confirmation about my order and when it would arrive. I never got anything, so I thought it would show up the next day. Still, nothing came. I didn’t even get an invoice or receipt, which are pretty handy for any warranty or guarantee issues that might pop up. The item did show up on the day I expected it, just sitting on my doorstep. Customer service is key when shopping online; maybe they should think about putting some effort into that!

Super satisfied overall, but we ran into some trouble with online payments a couple of times. On the third attempt, we finally got it right. We tried reaching out to them by phone, but didn’t get much assistance. We suggested paying over the phone or via bank transfer, but they insisted on online payments only.

Wow! I had a few queries regarding a product, so I decided to give them a call and got all my questions sorted. My package showed up the very next day before 10 in the morning. Definitely trustworthy and I’d recommend it!

I got myself an ionz KZ10w PC case. Sure, it's lightweight and made in China, but hey, it’s designed in Scotland! The front has a mesh to allow airflow, and it’s got a white spray finish on the outside, though it’s a shame the inside is black. Plus, it features a tempered glass side panel. My only gripe is with the screw hex nuts for the motherboard; they’re a tad loose and just keep spinning instead of locking down. At under £30, it’s a solid choice for budget builds like mine.

I placed an order on Friday night, and it showed up (tracked and free) at my doorstep by Monday morning. The cost of the item was also more affordable compared to bigger and more popular online stores.

Arrived a day ahead of schedule and was well-packaged. It includes all the essentials, from cable ties to motherboard standoffs. The case is pretty compact and has a tidy appearance, but I was aware of that before I bought it. The tempered glass on both the side and front had a protective film, which I thought was a nice detail, and the four RGB fans along with the standoffs were already set up.

Honestly, this was a bit of a gamble for me since there weren't many reviews, and some seemed too good to be true. Still, I took the plunge, and I'm really pleased with it. I can definitely suggest this PC gaming case to anyone considering a purchase.
